I began this work to honor my own unique gifts and calling to be of service to others. With years of experience as a psychiatrist in a psychiatric emergency room and personal experiences that required deep healing, I found myself seeking a more holistic path—one that encompassed mind, body, and spirit. Along this journey, I explored integrative medicine, mindfulness and mindfulness based meditation, core shamanism, and energy healing. What transformed me most was reclaiming my inner power and worthiness to heal, connecting deeply with my intuition, nature, and a supportive community.

Over time, I realized that the traditional healthcare system often overlooks the spiritual and emotional dimensions of healing. It doesn’t make room for the mystical, the intuitive, or the divine—nor does it empower patients to see themselves as active participants in their healing process. That realization led me to take a leap of faith, leaving the practice of medicine to create something that felt more aligned, more expansive, and more true to the kind of healing I believe in.

From that vision, Connection Ceremonies were born. These one-on-one healing experiences are designed for individuals at a crossroads or those seeking to reconnect with their inner wisdom. As the Connection Conduit, I hold sacred space for clients to feel seen, safe, and spiritually supported. Guided by intuition, empathy, and the natural world, I help others access their own healing insight and awaken a sense of clarity, courage, and connection.
